About Truvine Wellness

Truvine was originally inspired by John 15:1-7 which is the reminder that we are connected to the True Vine: God, the Father namely Jesus, the Christ.

Jesus is the vine and God, the Father, is the gardener. God oversees all aspects of watering, feeding, and nurturing us through His words and teaching, which is evidenced as Jesus, the Christ. God plants His children in fertile environments conducive for growth and fulfilling purpose. If we remain connected, we will bear good fruit. However, we are informed that we will go through circumstances that may stretch, test, or grow us, and in the areas of our lives that do not produce fruit, God will cut it off.

Our goal, at Truvine Wellness, is to support women through their birthing seasons.

We strive to:

  • Equip women to establish intimacy with God

  • Empower women to navigate their emotional well-being

  • Educate women through their pre-, during, and post- birth experiences

As vital as it is for a growing baby inside the womb to be connected to the placenta in order to have a sustainable life, we too are like babies with God, the Father. We must remain connected to our source of life and go through this process of being equipped, empowered, and educated in order to confidently step into our birthing seasons.

To maintain your growth, you will be:

Our goal is to make you feel more equipped, empowered and educated with each blog post, resource, and interaction you have with us.

We are your partner in this journey.

Our Founder

I was 19 when my life took a drastic turn. I was a college sophomore, Neuroscience major, at a well renowned private university, with an unplanned pregnancy. I knew I could not mother a child at this stage of my life and home was not emotionally safe enough for me to be open and transparent about the situation I was in. I did not know how I was going to get myself out of it and I was not properly educated about how to navigate what I saw to be a hardship. As a result, I chose abortion. I was afraid and seeking some sort of personal security. I was left with an enormous void that no kind word or worldly pleasure could fill; instead of connecting with a

community that could help me grow from the point of making what I knew was a life changing decision, I isolated myself. I instead carried on through my teenage years, relying on people and things that withdrew from a healthy sense of self and purpose. My identity became withered by others’ expectations and perspectives. I did not know how to steward what I felt God stirring inside of me after the abortion. My charismatic smile no longer masked the pain and fear I was living in, not realizing I was bound to the toxicity of my past, and what became my everyday life. I gave up.I reached a breaking point of sorts, fighting through a downward spiral of negative thoughts, poor self-esteem, shame, and insecurity. I struggled to hear my own voice and it was even harder for me to hear God’s voice because my relationship with Him was distant. Although I became a prisoner of my own mind, God reached in for me while there. I learned that the abortion did not keep me from fulfilling my purpose and in this, learned that God is my redeemer. By partnering with him, I also realized that he is the only way to live out my life’s purpose. This is where Truvine Wellness was conceived. As a labor and delivery nurse and CEO of Truvine Wellness, I am not only passionate about delivering God’s message of fulfilling purpose, but also helping women, like you, to navigate the unexpected turns of life, go after your God-sized dreams and identity, and journey purpose, all of which will no longer be inspired by fear, lack of support, and void. There is hope and…a divine purpose for you.

John 15:1-7 (NLT)

“I am the true grapevine, and my Father is the gardener. He cuts off every branch of mine that doesn’t produce fruit, and he prunes the branches that do bear fruit so they will produce even more. You have already been pruned and purified by the message I have given you. Remain in me, and I will remain in you. For a branch cannot produce fruit if it is severed from the vine, and you cannot be fruitful unless you remain in me. “Yes, I am the vine; you are the branches. Those who remain in me, and I in them, will produce much fruit. For apart from me you can do nothing. Anyone who does not remain in me is thrown away like a useless branch and withers. Such branches are gathered into a pile to be burned. But if you remain in me and my words remain in you, you may ask for anything you want, and it will be granted!”
